V3: The Ride (V3 Hopefest)

2018 marks our 6th V3 (a.k.a. Veteran’s Victory Velo) !!! The rides wind through some of the most iconic and beautiful areas of the East Bay. The 15, 30, 60, 100 mile rides are fully supported and all rest stops are stocked with everything you need to have a successful ride. Upon your return, enjoy another FABULOUS post-ride hot meal (the gumbo is returning and will have a vegetarian option!).  After the ride, join us at Hopfest for craft beer tasting and live music.  The Hopfest entry fee is included for all bike riders.  


Registration fees:
100 mile ride - $85 BEFORE AUGUST 14, $100 afterwards
60 mile ride - $85  
BEFORE AUGUST 14, $100 afterwards
30 mile ride - $60  
BEFORE AUGUST 14, $75 afterwards
15 mile ride - $60  
BEFORE AUGUST 14, $75 afterwards

HELP US RECRUIT RIDERS - and earn back the cost of your ride!
During the registration process, riders can choose to be assigned an Ambassador Code which will come in the confirmation email.  For every additional rider you recruit who uses your Ambassador Code, you earn $5 off the cost of your ride, up to the cost of your registration.  The refund will be calculated and your account credited on the day after the ride.


GROUP DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE  (minimum 10 riders).  Corporate sponsors can choose to "buy" a discount for their riders.  If interested, please contact dvsrv3@gmail.

NOTES:
  • Registration fees go up $15 on September 1
  • Registration will be open ONLINE until 3:00 PM on September 14, the day before the ride.  Same day registration will be available  beginning at 6:00 AM on September 15th.
  • All riders receive a commemorative T-shirt. To ensure you get a t-shirt, please register before September 5.
  •  Sign-in for all rides begin at 6:00 a.m. at 2600 Camino Ramon in San Ramon
  •  V3 Hopfest takes place rain or shine (no refunds are given). However, Dougherty Valley/San Ramon Rotary reserves the right to cancel the event at any time if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Olympian and Livermore resident, George Mount (6th place 1976 Montreal), will ride each cohort out onto the course!!!
